We are not responsible for product failures or failures due to installation. We are not responsible for shipping costs other than due to our own mistake. Any item that is altered or changed from its original state without the consent of the manufacturer may not be returned and may not receive warranty support. The warranty of a product is facilitated by us; however we can only enforce the manufacturer’s decisions.
GOVERNING LAW AND STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS

REFUND POLICY & RETURNS
We understand that you may need to return a product. Should you feel the need to do so, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate the process. Please contact us at

Limited to one return or exchange per customer. Only purchases up to $500 qualify for a refund. We do not take returns based on taste. We typically process approved return/refund requests within 1-2 business days.
If your product was purchased through a Tauri-Gum distributor or retailer, you will need to go back to your original purchase location for any return or exchange.
It is very important that you provide the exact address for your order. Any mistake could delay shipping at your expense. If you place an order over the phone or via the Order by Mail form, we will repeat all of the information provided aloud for confirmation and approval to help you be sure it is correct.
Please note that 123 is not responsible for errors of USPS or courier services, or if you provide or confirm an incorrect address.
If a package is lost after we ship it, which does occasionally occur, Taurigum will not be responsible if the tracking information lists the order as “delivered,” which means UPS or the courier service delivered the product to the address specified. If the package is sent to an address other than the one you specified, upon return of the original package to Taurigum , Taurigum will reship the order.
PRODUCT DEFECTS & DAMAGED PACKAGES
In the event that there is any type of defect with a product or if the package it was in was damaged in transit, we allow 3 days to notify us. If we are not notified of defects or damages within the three-day window, it is understood that the package and products were in good condition upon delivery.
